We are happy to announce that the 31st Saint Petersburg International Model United Nations will be held on 30–31 March 2027, once again in the historic heart of St. Petersburg at Gymnasium 157.

Registration for schools is now open. Register your school through the form on our website and get in touch with the SPIMUN Secretariat so we can add you to the mailing list and share the details. Applications close on 10 March 2027.

As always, SPIMUN brings together high-school students from across the world to step into diplomacy and debate real global issues across our committees. The full agenda and committee issues for the 31st conference will be published closer to the event.

The 30th Anniversary Model UN Conference has become history!

Six months of preparation.
Seventeen participating schools from five cities and towns.
Participants included citizens of Russia, China, Argentina, Saint Kitts and Nevis, the Republic of Korea, Kazakhstan, Cameroon, and Mexico.
Two days of intense and inspiring debates.

Four resolutions adopted, on the following topics:

• the risks to cultural rights associated with the development of AI;
• support for sustainable tourism;
• the participation of young people in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals;
• the integration of SCO countries in the field of education.

Lots of vivid emotions and impressions!
